STOCKLAND - NW CORRIDOR

Client: Stockland

For this project, we helped our client, Stockland and their agency Unified Thinking, ideate, shoot, edit, grade and deliver these compelling testimonials from residents of Stocklands North West Corridor  community in Sydney.

We shot for 1 full day at a studio in Western Sydney, on a full green screen setup to capture all of these amazing stories and then edited for several weeks to pull it all together into a series that has delivered stunning results for our client.

This campaign was used in various forms across web, digital, and social. We cut 4 long form pieces, each with a different marketing focus, along with 3 teaser/promo pieces and delivered high resolution frame grabs to support the digital campaign.

Take a look at the results below:

Each episode focuses on a different pillar of community growth: local business innovation, residential lifestyle, infrastructure and transport, education and health services, sustainability and green spaces, and the arts and culture scene. Through intimate interviews, on-location storytelling and dynamic visuals, the series delivers authentic voices from residents and community leaders, giving viewers a front-row seat to the Corridor’s evolving identity.

  • Personal stories that anchor broader development themes.

  • On-the-ground footage of neighbourhoods, public spaces and transport connections.

  • Short-form cuts optimised for social channels alongside full-length episodes for web and internal use.

  • Support Stockland’s communications by clearly illustrating project benefits and timelines.

  • Attract potential buyers, tenants and partners with a vivid sense of place.

  • Provide assets for ongoing campaigns and stakeholder briefings.

Deliverables

  • Six main episodes (3-4 minutes each).

  • Twelve social edits (30-45 seconds) tailored for platforms and paid placements.

  • A 60-second hero reel for launch events and stakeholder presentations.

  • Cut-downs for newsletters and internal communications, plus captioned versions for accessibility.

Production notes

  • All interviews conducted with informed consent and represented authentically.

  • Location shoots scheduled to capture seasonal and community events where possible.

  • Music and sound design selected to support tone without overpowering dialogue.

This series is designed to be a lasting communications asset: informative for current stakeholders, compelling for prospective residents and partners, and reflective of the NW Corridor’s potential as a connected, sustainable and people-first community.
