Loom Creative partnered with Factory 1 to produce a premium suite of video content designed to showcase their full-service capabilities across signage, design, and vehicle wraps. Filmed on location at their Sydney headquarters, the project focused on capturing both the scale of their production and the detail of their craftsmanship, while highlighting the people and facilities that power the business.

This campaign was used in various forms across web, digital, and social. We cut 2 long form pieces, each with a different marketing focus, along with 3 teaser/promo pieces and delivered high resolution frame grabs to support the digital campaign.

Tone and Approach

The tone of this project was confident, capable, and visually driven — reflecting Factory 1’s position as a high-end, full-service provider in the visual communications space. The approach avoided over-explaining, instead letting the work, machinery, and team demonstrate capability through action.

Visually, we leaned into a clean, cinematic style that emphasises precision and materiality — capturing textures, finishes, and production processes in detail. The goal was to balance industrial scale with creative execution, reinforcing both the manufacturing strength and design intelligence behind the brand.

Intended Outcomes

The objective was to create a structured content suite that clearly communicates Factory 1’s breadth of services and in-house capabilities. Each video needed to stand alone while contributing to a cohesive brand narrative — supporting website engagement, sales conversations, and broader marketing use.

A key outcome was reinforcing trust through transparency — showing the real environment, real processes, and real team behind the work. This positions Factory 1 as not just a supplier, but a capable partner delivering high-quality, large-scale visual solutions.

Production Notes

Filming took place across active production areas, including design, fabrication, and installation-ready outputs. This required a highly adaptive approach — working around live workflows while maintaining production quality.

We prioritised capturing genuine process-driven moments: materials being handled, prints coming off machines, wraps being applied, and teams collaborating in real time. Lighting and camera setups were designed to enhance the environment without disrupting it.

In post-production, consistency across multiple assets was critical. Clean edits, restrained motion design, and balanced colour grading ensured a cohesive, premium finish aligned with Factory 1’s brand positioning.
